Who we are. Kidoory Tonight is a service of Solo Digital Ltd (England & Wales), kidoory.com. These terms cover the Tonight channel only; the main Kidoory site has its own terms.
One honest price. The first paragraph of every story is free to read. The full experience is one digital bundle: 🌙 Tonight's Story — £1.49 — the complete story, its narrated audio, and the growing Storybook PDF of your diary. Optional Story Wallet top-ups: £5, £10, or £20 (+£2 free). Wallet credit never expires, never auto-renews, and is not a subscription. There is no subscription of any kind, ever.
Up to two stories a night. Up to two stories a night per account, counted over any 24-hour window so it stays fair across time zones — with plenty of room to try a story again free if the first weave isn’t quite right. This keeps Tonight special and fair; creating each story costs us real money, which is also why full stories aren’t free. See you tomorrow night 🌙
Refunds — easy, and we listen. If a story you bought disappointed, ask for a refund from My Stories. We ask one thing first: a sentence or two on what you didn't like — we read every word and use it to make the next story better. Your refund follows right after (card purchases to your card, wallet purchases to your wallet). Where refunds are needed repeatedly on an account we may, after a clear warning, make a refund the last one for that account — this protects the service for every family. This goodwill promise is in addition to your statutory consumer rights — we will never require feedback, restrict refunds, or make a refund the last one where the law entitles you to a remedy (for example if a story is faulty or not as described).
How long we keep your stories. By default we keep each story, its illustrations and audio for 7 days, free. After your first story you can choose to keep them longer — 30 days, or 12 months with the Keepsake Year option — and anything you download is yours to keep forever. You can delete a story or your whole account sooner, any time, at no cost.
Who may use the service. Kidoory Tonight is for parents, legal guardians and authorised adults aged 18 or over, who confirm this before creating stories. Automated or bot use is not permitted and is blocked.
Made with AI — an adult should check. Stories, illustrations and audio are generated by AI. Like all AI it is not error-free — names or details can occasionally come out wrong. Please review a story before playing it to your child; where something's wrong, use the free retry or the refund above.
Your content. You confirm you have the right to share the day details you type and the family names you add. The child's name in stories may be their real name or any story name / home nickname of your choosing — only one of the two is required.
